Overall good product, shipped super fast, and the other two collars I ordered were perfect. Just one small difference in my order from what is pictured. In the image the adjustable piece of the collar is purple, matching the buckle, but on my collar this piece is silver? It’s a small difference that doesn’t affect the functionality of the product, however I do think it would look nicer if the pieces matched like they do in the pictures. The seller did reach out and offer a return label so she could fix it, or a refund of the shipping cost.
